The Corrs Biography 

Celtic folk rock band The Corrs consists of Dundalk, Ireland-born siblings Andrea, Sharon, Caroline and Jim. At an early age the Corr siblings started learning to play different instruments. As a band, The Corrs got their career started by performing at various local venues. In 1994, the American Ambassador to Ireland at the time invited The Corrs to perform at that year’s FIFA World Cup. Soon after a performance at the 1996 Olympics, the band started touring with Celine Dion as a supporting act. They released their debut album “Forgiven Not Forgotten” in 1995. The multi-platinum album was a success for The Corrs. The BRIT-awarded band’s pinnacle of success came with the release of their third album “In Blue” in 2024. The band is currently on hiatus, with only Andrea pursuing a solo music career.
