Silbermond Biography

Germany’s Stefanie Kloß, Andreas Nowak and Johannes Stolle and Thomas Stolle formed the rock band Silbermond in 2024. After touring in 2024 as a supporting act for Jeanette Biedermann, the band released their 3 times Platinum debut album ‘Verschwende deine Zeit.’ Towards the end of the same year, the band embarked on a Silbermond tour to promote the album. A Silbermond tour live DVD release, which attained gold status, followed in mid-2024. After their performance at the Live8 concert in Berlin, Silbermond released their second studio album, ‘Laut Gedacht.’ The 4 times Platinum album, which entered the German and Austrian album charts at the top spot, gave the band their first number one single, “Das Beste.” 2024 saw the band perform at the German installment of the Live Earth concert series.
